FIERCE DIGITAL are part of the Glasgow Headquartered 4ICG group – a group of Growth Marketing companies who work with businesses across the globe to help unlock breakthrough growth.

Jamie McCoy, Head of Digital at 4icg Group, said:

Growing businesses is in our DNA at FIERCE DIGITAL and 4ICG – 4ICG is literally our formula for growth. Across the group we work with businesses as large as Google, Microsoft and Nokia, local businesses such Cloudcover IT, Iomart and Incremental as well as new innovative start-ups, all with the same focus on business growth.

Working across multiple industries and 32 countries (and counting), we’re well versed in the activity required to achieve growth. We will help businesses understand how to do this effectively, which ties in with our Scottish Growth Community project that launched in 2019 with KPMG and some other partners, to bring together businesses across Scotland looking to unlock growth.

So growing and helping others grow is something we’ve always been very passionate about – we’re delighted to be able to work with Ruth Hunter and the team at Mitchell Library to deliver these sessions and share best practises to set local businesses up for success.

The first session is on the 27th of March, just a day after I’m delivering a speech at the B2B Expo in London on Achieving Growth in a Crowded Market – so you get the idea, we’re very focused on helping businesses grow and sharing our knowledge”

Sessions will be held monthly with slots available through eventbrite pages created for each monthly session.

Power Up is a pioneering initiative, launched by Good Things Foundation with the financial support of J.P. Morgan, to drive economic inclusion through digital in communities – powering up people, provision and places.

Jamie McCoy is an absolute digital wizard who uses his skills to go above and beyond on every campaign. He is willing to adapt and evolve when necessary to make sure we get the service that suits us, rather than trying to make us stick to a 'one size fits all' mentality. Jamie's extensive experience means he isn't afraid to push boundaries and push us when he needs to which overall gets the best results. He is a pleasure to work with!

Fierce Digital were asked by XMA, one of Microsoft's Key UK channel partners, to plan and execute a lead generation campaign. I was impressed how the FIERCE team delivered an insight-drive 'Cost of Doing Nothing' digital campaign for XMA and Microsoft within the challenging timeframe they had to deliver this within.

their proactiveness and attention to detail helped to ensure that this campaign was as effective as possible - and this has ultimately led to a strong return on investment for the Microsoft and XMA partnership.

Based on the success of the EDUstore, we were able to pitch to other partners to get them on board. This included Microsoft, HP, Google and we're able to present them with campaign that FIERCE have run, ideas that they've come up with and present them with this entire successful brand that FIERCE are ultimately responsible for creating.

To date we have generated millions in revenue which is an incredible success for us seeing as we'd only been live for 18 months at the time. We've generated a great return on investment in all activities we've done with FIERCE - our most successful one was our PPC campaign where every £1 we spent got £34 return. That's the best PPC campaign that's ever been run in XMA"
